I’m Maggie, a UX Researcher based in Los Angeles.
I'm a mixed-methods UX researcher with experience in crafting insights for award-winning digital strategies for products, brands, and campaigns. I have overseen strategic research initiatives across a diverse range of industries including automative, tech, finance, media, and food & beverage.
Currently, I am the Banking Research Lead at Square. With a player-coach mindset, I lead both large scale generative studies and quick and scrappy validations, while overseeing a team of researchers and research ops.
I’ve helped define and scale the research and ops practice to global teams while leading high visibility research studies for Hyundai, Twitter, Airbnb, JP Morgan Chase, Spotify and Rockhall to name a few. My contributions have been recognized by The FWA, Awwwards, and among others.
Outside of work, I speak fluent Chinese and conversational Spanish and enjoy a passion for music.
